Insurance

We take most insurance. We are a part of PTPN, which is the major Blue Cross network. We take Medicare, Blue Shield, Key, and Mosaic.

 

We also treat patients for which we are not providers for their insurance. We check all of the benefits for physical therapy prior to being seen.

 

We will see patients same-day or next-day and will get all of the insurance authorization and information for you. As a courtesy we verify patient's benefits. However, it is a patient's responsibility to know the coverage of their insurance.

 

We also see cash payments with 0% interest payment plan.
